Who is eligible to apply for the SWAYAM Scheme?
Residents of Odisha state aged 18 to 35, who hold a ration card, can apply for interest-free bank loans under the SWAYAM Scheme. The program is aimed at unemployed youth and aspiring entrepreneurs within the specified age group, who want to start or expand their business ventures.
Note: Applicants must not have previously obtained loans from other central and state government schemes.
